Ways to view your bill

The Water Authority offers several ways for customers to view and/or receive their water, sewer and trash collection bills:

• By Mail:
  • Paper bills will normally be mailed directly to the service address
  • The owner may have additional bill copies mailed to other addresses

• Online:
  • Use Guest Pay to enter your account number and zip code to view bill images
  • Enroll in the WA Portal to view bill images of any accounts you set up

• By Email:
  • Enroll in the WA Portal and select “Paperless by Email” option under the Bill Statement Delivery section to receive your bill(s) via email
  • Email option will stop the mailing of paper bills (you can easily change it back to paper delivery if you want)
